These Terms govern your use of ORIGINS (the "Service"), operated by Global Communication Partners, LLC ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

The Service

ORIGINS is an educational platform for exploring scripture, history, archaeology, and ancient DNA research. Content, including AI-generated responses, is for educational purposes only. Interpretive and speculative material is labeled as such and is not professional, genetic, medical, or religious advice.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

Subscriptions and billing

• ORIGINS Plus is a recurring subscription billed monthly or yearly, as shown on our pricing page.
• Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles billing, taxes, and payment-related customer service.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
• Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.
• We may change prices with advance notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt it, access other users' data, scrape it at scale, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Your content

You keep ownership of notes and conversations you create. You grant us permission to store and process them only to provide the Service to you.

Intellectual property

The Service and its original content belong to Global Communication Partners, LLC. Third-party images and sources are credited and remain the property of their owners.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
