Refund Policy

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your ORIGINS Plus subscription at any time. After cancelling, you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

No refunds for partial periods

Payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partially used monthly or yearly periods, except where required by law.

Billing errors

If you were charged in error or charged twice, contact us and we will make it right. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, which handles any approved refunds.
